Terms and Conditions of Our Service

This service agreement is between the customer (hereafter referred to as ‘you’) and The Football Investors Club (hereafter referred to as ‘we’ ‘us’ or ‘FIC’).

You must read and accept this agreement in its entirety before signing up for the service. Failure to do so will void this service agreement and end your subscription.

  1. You are over the age of 18.
  2. You agree to pay us or our nominee a monthly fee in advance in return for data services provided by our subscription service. The payment method will be by automatic monthly direct debit set up through the payment facility on our website.
  3. The service is provided on a monthly renewal basis and the quantum of the monthly fee applicable at each monthly renewal is the prevailing rate advertised on our website. We reserve the right to revise our fees at any time.
  4. You have the right to cancel your automatic direct debit at any time. Should you choose to do this your membership of the subscription service will terminate once the remaining time of your paid up period of service ends. No refunds will be given for service already paid for in advance.
  5. We will deliver our data service by email to one email account of your choice. As this delivery service depends upon third parties and is outside of our control we are not responsible for the consequences of a failure to deliver any email messages.
  6. Gambling carries a high risk of financial loss. You understand that using the information provided by our service to engage in gambling can cause you to lose money. Any information provided by FIC is purely our opinion and for your information only. We cannot be held responsible or liable for any direct or indirect loss that you suffer as a result of acting on the information that we provide.
  7. You are not allowed to share our data with anyone else.
  8. The Football Investors Club reserves the right to terminate subscription services at any time without prior notice or reason. Should we decide to terminate your subscription we will refund any remaining money after deducting our expenses.
  9. The Football Investors Club reserves the right to amend this agreement and any terms and conditions pertaining to the service at any time. Any changes take immediate effect when the changes are updated on our website.
